The first episode will air in the next couple of weeks to introduce the concept of our name and format. Each week, we will interview diverse professionals and influencers to ask them about how they communicate to navigate their industries. As diverse people, we have had different experiences and challenges in the working world. The Intersection helps us speak freely about who we are, where we come from–and how we identify–and how we got to where we are today!
