I thought of this podcast episode with Organic Food Guru and CPG Manager/Executive Fred Alejo not just because I LOVE FOOD!

On MUNCHIES we learn about the NYC restaurant Jeepney, serving street food of the Philippines. And dim sum.

Just as they talk about food culture in the vernacular of those making/eating it! As APIs, Fred and I speak about our work as if we were sitting at our auntie's kitchen table.
