How do you deal with the little ways that coworkers or others make you feel uncomfortable? Is it because of your cultural heritage or identification? This includes being a BIPOC 🧘🏾♀️🧘🏻♀️🧘🏽♀️🧘🏼♀️and/or an LGBTQIA+ individual 🏳️🌈, your religion, your nationality, if you have a disability, or even your body size or age. Microaggressions are subtle words or gestures signaling to diverse people that they don't belong in work spaces or other communal spaces. Join Dr. Wong Lerner AKA Breath Diva & Yogi from Queer Home Meditation. In a short 12-minute meditation, you will learn how to breathe and visualize to work through microaggressions. And to prepare how to respond more mindfully when they do happen.
