We can find alternatives to speech when doing socially conscientious work
Breath is the first gesture we make as individuals separate from our mothers
And it is the last gesture we make when we leave this earth
If we learn how to control it, we can gain self awareness ๐ง๐พ๐ง๐ป๐ง๐ฟ
Awareness of environment ๐๐๐
And eventually learn how to respond ๐งrather than react ๐ณ๐ฅบto difficult or potentially dangerous situations
brought on or started by microaggressions ๐
