My communication coaching grounds itself on life-work balance and breathwork. ๐ŸŒฌ๐ŸŒˆ

Including meditation and visualization.

As many of us work in diversity, equity, and inclusion and/or ally with BLM โœŠ๐ŸฝโœŠ๐ŸพโœŠ๐Ÿฟand Black and Brown Trans Lives Matter

We can find alternatives to speech when doing socially conscientious work

Breath is the first gesture we make as individuals separate from our mothers

And it is the last gesture we make when we leave this earth

If we learn how to control it, we can gain self awareness ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿป๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฟ

Awareness of environment ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒ‰๐ŸŒ…

And eventually learn how to respond ๐Ÿงrather than react ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿฅบto difficult or potentially dangerous situations

brought on or started by microaggressions ๐Ÿ˜

Enjoy! Love, Shannon Wong Lerner, Ph.D. Breath Diva ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽค & Yogi
